The closed-back around-ear headphones and Active Gard limiting technology (with three switchable attenuation settings) prioritize isolation, passive noise reduction, and hearing protection, while still handling high-decibel performance. Featuring a modular design, the HMDC 27 is compatible with a wide variety of cables and boom arms. The headset does not include a cable, which is required for operation.

• The HMDC 27 features the automatically opening two-piece headband, hence no pressure on the sensitive fontanelle. For users who still prefer a conventional headband, a wide headband padding is included that converts the two-piece headband into a compact single piece.
