Moreover, since the New Wave boasts digital control, you get authentic BBD-style sounds with digital precision and programmable presets. This stompbox includes a wide range of top-panel controls, enabling you to dial in super-subtle textures, seasick modulation, and everything in between. The New Wave is chock-full of top-shelf features, including a Mix knob, tap tempo, MIDI control, an expression pedal input, and true-bypass switching. A flood of top-shelf features
Depth, Speed, and Tone knobs give you plenty of tone-shaping power. The Phase/Ratio knob changes the phase alignment of the pedals two stereo channels or, depending on the preset mode selected, changes the multiplier of the right channel. The Delay knob adjusts the center frequency of the BBD chips, allowing for loose or tight chorus tones. Five digitally controlled LFO waveshapes are available. You also get tap tempo, a programmable slow and fast setting for use with an expression pedal or the pedals Ramp feature, and an 80s-inspired latch mode for momentary activation of the effect. Full MIDI control, and expression pedal input, and true-bypass switching round out the Jackson Audio New Waves robust feature set.
