Professional engineer certified (IBC 2009, CBC 2010, OSHPD 2010) for two categories of seismic qualifications including Life Safety/Essential Systems (Ip=1.5) and Anchorage by code (Ip=1.0). Includes recessed rear door with key lock. Optional front door (LFD Series, order separately).
